Candidates: This data is processed to fulfil the contract or to complete pre-contractual measures. A transfer of the data to third parties is not planned and will not be carried out. The data will be deleted at the latest 6 months after the end of the application procedure, unless the applicant has expressly agreed to a longer retention. There is no automated decision making including profiling for this purpose.

Employees: This data is processed to fulfil the contract and legal obligations. They are regularly transmitted to social insurance carriers, tax authorities and other bodies in order to fulfil legal obligations. The data will be deleted after the legal retention periods have expired. There is no automated decision making including profiling for this purpose.

Customers: These data are processed for the fulfilment of the contract and legal obligations or with a legitimate interest of the responsible person. They are regularly transmitted to tax authorities and other bodies in order to fulfil legal obligations. After the full processing of the contract all personal data will initially be stored by taking storage deadlines under tax and commercial law into consideration and then deleted after expiry of the deadline if you have not agreed to the further processing and use.

CleverReach is a service which organizes and analyzes the distribution of newsletters. The data you provide (e.g. your email address) to subscribe to our newsletter will be stored on CleverReach servers in Germany.

We use cookies in our newsletters to help us track whether you have opened our newsletter and perhaps viewed one of our offers. We use this data to improve our offers.

Sending our newsletters with CleverReach enables us to analyze the behavior of newsletter recipients. JotForm:
We use the services of Jotform.com (JotForm Inc. 1700 Montgomery St, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA). The forms included in this website transmit data to Jotform servers located in the EU. This data is stored there. A contract for order processing has been concluded with JotForm Inc.

Hotjar:
On our website, we use Hotjar to better understanding the needs of our users and to optimize the offerings on this website. Use of the remarketing or "similar target groups"-function of Google Inc.

Use of matomo
We use Matomo (formerly: Google Analytics) on our website, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand. It is an open source software that allows us to analyze the use of our website and make our web presence more relevant to your interests. During your visit to our website, Matomo sets a cookie on your terminal device, which can be used to recognize your browser. The personal data collected with Matomo is stored on our own servers. It is not passed on to third parties. The use of Matomo is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with. § 25 para. 1 TTDSG only in the case where you have given us your consent via the selection in our Consent Banner. If you have not consented, no data processing will take place. You can revoke your consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7 (3) DSGVO and without giving reasons with effect for the future by clicking on the button "Customize cookie settings" integrated in the footer of our website and thus call up the Consent banner. Use of Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking
We use the online advertising programme “Google AdWords” and within the framework of Google AdWords we use Conversion Tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). If you click on an advertisement placed by Google a cookie for Conversion-Tracking will be filed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and therefore do not serve for personal identification.
